Tillman Global Holdings is exploring a $10 billion hyperscale data centre in Dholera, Gujarat. The plan was disclosed during a meeting with Gujarat’s deputy chief minister on Jan 26, 2026. The project aims to create a future‑ready digital hub that supports AI, cloud services and edge computing across India.
Speaking at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in Rajkot on Sunday (January 11, 2026), Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries, said Gujarat is far more than just a location for the group.
India’s Smart Cities Mission, launched in 2015, aims to transform 100 cities into sustainable, tech-enabled urban hubs. By July 2024, 90% of its 8,000+ multi-sectoral projects were completed, with investments exceeding $19 billion.
Nextgen Semiconductors, which has announced to set up a chip facility in Gujarat, on Friday said it plans to raise around Rs 1,000-1,500 crore through equity and other instruments in the next 12 months.
